Amazing place. It is like a shop for grown men(and women) that love to build models to go. The shop has everything your heart desires to make your model the best it can be. The store itself is laid out nicely with multiple isles of models on the shelves. The owner Andy has had the shop for 20 years and makes a ton of the display models. He also has model airplanes and miscellaneous star wars ships hanging from the ceiling. He is also a true artist in all that he paints. He is very helpful even if you ate just starting out jn modeling or if you are a pro. He is knowledgeable about the different manufacturers and what goes with what. He even has his own company that makes modeling kits. Make sure you go onto YouTube and catch one of his shows. Prices are very reasonable-especially in a hobby that can get expensive quickly. We enjoyed looking around and shopping for specialty model paint brands and accessories. Go say HI to Andy!

Depending on your point of view, this is a small to medium-ish hobby store with a good stock of models. They also have an online shop but what makes a visit worthwhile is the stock they get from estates and other modelers wishing to get rid of their older models. In fact that what makes it dangerous, no telling what you will find. It is worth a trip every now and then because of this. Highly worth a visit if you are in the area.

Bought two extremely reasonably priced Bandai and Revel kits. They had so many hard to find kits as well that are price inflated on the internet, but not here. Can't beat this place, highly recommend!

Being "new" to scale modelling (in my 60's now!), Andy's YT channel has become a go to for me for ideas and tuition. We were in Az on holiday so just had to pop in, and yes, but a model. The shop was well stocked, and Andy just so polite and helpful. I'd definitely visit again, and probably walk out with another kit, even though I can get them back home!

Wow, I am extremely happy with Andy's Hobby Headquarters! Really good prices along with a great selection and cheap shipping. $10 to ship 5 model kits in a large box, 3 days to my door and it was well packed. If you order model kits online, you'll know that is a steal! I will definitely be placing more orders with this shop as it is obvious they care about quality customer service at a very affordable price. It doesn't hurt that Andy is into the hobby as well. Make sure to watch his great build videos also!

Great selection, especially of armor subjects. A lot of different paints and other supplies as well. Andy is also friendly and knowledgeable. The website also has a great selection and the prices in store and online are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

The inventory is fantastic ( if this place was around when I was a kid, I would have spent all my money and practically live there. One problem I have when I have gone to the actual store Andy isn’t very personable. He says hi but does look at you and after that he should ask can I help you with anything. I stopped going there because of that but if you don’t care about that,then you’ll love the place. Sorry Andy go to Toastmasters or something!
